7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Backwork and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oklahoma, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
